PICK UPS - We offer a very convenient pick up service at our Geebung Warehouse in Brisbane, Please note we do encourage you to plan ahead, we are not a shop front so you will need to place any orders online at www.lashprodigy.co and then select pick up warehouse as shipping  method which of course is free. We urge you to wait until you receive a ready for pick up email before coming to the warehouse to avoid you waiting around. Most days, especially Monday’s we have a large amount of orders to pack up so please bear with us. Usually pick ups are ready very quickly, we can also offer kits with courses as pick up if in Brisbane.

Domestic & International Shipping is provided by AUS POST. All Australia orders are sent via express postage (A tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email for you to track your purchase) AUS POST offer track your item here - https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search

PLEASE NOTE -

We are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your order has left our warehouse. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser depending where you are located in the world. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. If a shipment is returned due to entering an incorrect address (not including a building no, suite no or a spelling error within the address, AUS POST will send back to our warehouse within 10 days. Once we receive the order back we will email and let you know so we can then resend for you.

SHIPPING DURATION -

Please note delivery can take anywhere between 2-10 days due to AUS POST delays and any purchases made after the cut off time at 12pm on a business day will be sent out the following business day. Please note we are closed weekends and public holidays. Once your parcel is picked up by AUS POST we unfortunately do not have control over the time frame in which you will receive your order. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION -

You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number when Lash Prodigy has shipped your order. Once delivery confirmation becomes available, Lash Prodigy is no longer liable for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Every order requires a signature upon delivery, we cannot make any changes in regards to this. It is the purchaser's responsibility to provide an accurate address and contact information. Please ensure you have items delivered to a location where you will be able to sign for the package, otherwise it will be sent to your local post office.

DAMAGED ORDERS -

Please inspect all packages immediately upon delivery. If you believe that an item is damaged, please notify us via email - help@lashprodigy.co within 24 hours of receiving and inspecting the order. We pride ourselves with our packing process and ensure we protect your products with the best and safest packaging that is also eco friendly and biodegradable. However sometimes once it leaves our warehouse there can be instances where orders can get damaged in transition. It may be necessary for us to contact the courier company for damage inspection and open a claim. All original packing materials must be kept for claim purposes. In all cases, the damaged merchandise must be returned along with packaging materials. Lash Prodigy reserves the right to either replace the item or offer an in-store credit towards other products.
