Beautiful hand made short stem fans that give a super dramatic natural volume, standard volume, or mega volume end result depending on which fan dimension you use.
Having issues making a fan? need more practice? or just very time poor? These fans are extremely lightweight and cause zero damage.
The biggest plus? They are bonded using a tiny amount of glue at the base. Making pick up and attachment even easier!
This product is man-made silk fibre and holds its curl throughout wear.
