Are Lash Prodigy courses online?

Do I need to supply my own models for my course?
Every course requires a practical exam to be completed. If you are wanting to enrol in any lash course, you are able to use a mannequin head. All other subjects i.e. brows and lifting etc. requires a live model (family or friend). Once your practical exam is complete, we require photos of the lashes/brows. You will then email your photos directly to Amy for assessing.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, all courses offered by Lash Prodigy are able to be paid for using one of the following.
Payright, Zippay, Afterpay, or Laybuy.

How do the payment plans work?
PAYRIGHT
0% interest over 3,6,9,12, 18 months, borrow up to $5000 Payright is a study plan which requires an application and a credit check, this generally only takes 5 minutes. To apply for payright simply message or email Amy 0449602750 or help@lashprodigy.co
ZIPPAY
Borrow up to $5000
Choose weekly, fortnightly or monthly
No establishment fees.
$6 monthly fee (waived if you have no balance).
To process, Choose Zippay as your payment method and follow the steps.
AFTERPAY
Pay in 4 instalments over 6 weeks borrowing up to $2000
You'll pay your first instalment at the time of purchase, and the remainder every two weeks.
No fees when you pay on time.
With interest-free instalments, the only fees are for late payments. You can find your payment schedule in the Afterpay app and we'll send you regular reminders.

How do I enrol in a course?
Add desired course to cart, finalize your order, all payment plans are at checkout except for Payright, to use Payright please contact Amy 0449602750 or help@lashprodigy.co
Once you have purchased your course, you will receive an enrolment email or message to get started (please note if ordered after 5pm AEST, you will receive enrolment details after 9am AEST next day.
Will I be qualified in eyelash extensions and brows after completing the courses?
Yes, you will. We hold the highest accreditation with NALA and your certificate/s will reflect this.
The certificates you receive upon successfully completing our courses will allow you to source the appropriate insurances needed.
Are Lash Prodigy courses nationally accredited?
Yes we are accredited by NALA.
The NALA Seal of Accreditation is known as the Michelin Star of the lash industry, making it the highest accolade a lash academy can earn.

What course should I enrol in if I have zero lash or beauty experience?
We recommend the following -

What kind of support does Lash Prodigy provide post training?
We go above and beyond for our wonderful students, We encourage our students to keep in touch. We will always support our students after training for as long as wanted or needed. You are giving direct emails and numbers once enrolled.
Is there live training at certain times?
No all of our online training is pre recorded for your convenience. Pause at anytime and go back to exactly where you left off.
How long will it take to complete the courses?
It is very hard to give exact estimates. Lash Prodigy courses can take weeks - months, it depends how quickly you pick up the skill and how much free time you have dedicated to study.
How does the online learning work?
All course contain very in-depth audios, videos and reading manuals
Will the kits only cover my exams?
Most kits will last for paying clients, a lot of the kits have forever items which do not require stocking up on, just replacing when product runs out.
How long do I have access to the course material?
All students have lifetime access which means even after completion you still have full access, it is essential incase there are times you are needing to go over some training due to forgetting etc.
Is there any due dates or expiry with Lash Prodigy courses?
No, no due dates or expiry, have the freedom to complete at your own pace, we want this to be as stress free as possible, meaning you can still work and study with no stress of completion dates.
Can I get a refund if I don’t enjoy the course?
We do not offer refunds, once you have enrolled we have upfront costs so we are unable to process.
How and when do I receive my certificates?
Upon completing your exam, your certificate will be issued via email. You can then print and frame your certificate as desired. Unfortunately Lash Prodigy is unable to provide physical certificates due to how much damage has happened in the past. Officeworks is amazing for printing certificates and is only 50c or so.
What if I can’t enter into a payment plan?
If the course and kit amount is too high financially and you are unable to enter into a payment plan, We encourage the purchase the course without a kit and purchase the kit when ready (we can assist). You are then able to get started on theory straight away (there is an abundance of information with our theory, which will give you plenty of time to save for your kits)
Can I still take Lash Prodigy courses without buying the kits?
If you already have kits or want to get your kits yourself that is completely fine, whilst we do not know every single brand detail we will always try to work with the student.
How long do I expect to wait for my results on my exam?
We currently have over 15,000 students, Amy is constantly marking exams around the clock, We endeavour to have your exam marked 1-5 days after receiving.
Can I start my own business after completion of Lash Prodigy?
Of course! Once you have your certificate you are good to go!

Do you offer training in America & New Zealand?
Yes all online courses cater to worldwide, you can only purchase the course without kit as we are unable to send kits and furniture overseas that is cost effective to both party’s. However once you purchase your course without kit we are more than happy to help you source the products needed in your country.
If I use a pay later option will I receive my kits asap?
Yes, We send your kits as soon as the order is placed, you won’t have to wait until the course is fully paid to receive your kits
