All orders are sent via Australia post, during busy periods like christmas and black friday, delays can occur with aus post.

Please note additional charges for delivery of bed, stool & moonlight can apply depending on your location. Our supplier is based in Melbourne and all furniture is couriered by a third party company.

We are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your order has left our warehouse. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser depending where you are located in the world. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information.

You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number when Lash Prodigy has shipped your order. To ensure your parcel arrives safely to you, each order requires your signature upon delivery. It is the purchaser's responsibility to provide an accurate address and contact information. Please ensure you have items delivered to a location where you will be able to sign for the package, otherwise it will be sent to your local post office.

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If you believe that an item is damaged, please notify us at help@lashprodigy.co within 24 hours of receiving and inspecting the order. We pride ourselves with our packing process and ensure we protect your products with the best and safest packaging that is also eco friendly and biodegradable. Lash Prodigy reserves the right to either replace the item or offer an in-store credit towards other products. We do not offer refunds. No return will be accepted without prior authorisation from our head office. Please email help@lashprodigy.co if any of the above applies to your received order.
